Wow, Jo Ann, those baptisia cultivars are beautiful! I have a couple of the straight species baptisia, and that's plenty for my small garden. They get so big!
At a public garden in Virginia (Greenspring in Alexandria), I saw a group of baptisia that were so big that they looked like shrubs or trees. Boy, they were gorgeous!
I love those double hellebores, Terri. Hellebores are great in my garden. Evergreen, pest- and disease-proof, drought tolerant, long-lasting flowers. What else could you ask for?
They look great with hostas and heuchera. These three "H" plants are wonderful together in a shade garden. I have lots of hostas on my WANT list, but no space for them all.
Terri, is that fuchsia really hardy down to zone 7?
