If you do allow it, please keep us swap hosts in the loop! I would like to be able to allow late adds atleast until halfway through the swap for the reason that was brought up in previous discussions: new ATP members may want to join a swap already in progress. (Or someone might not have known about a swap or may have changed their mind about joining.)
I'm sure you have your reasons currently for disallowing it (perhaps programming related?), but from an outsider's view and looking at it from the perspective of member and host, I find the case given
for allowing it to be a compelling one.
