My understanding is that if they are treated, it will say so. Rick may be more knowledgable about that because he buys a lot of seeds from a variety of places, both wholesale and not. I know he had treated seeds in the past, but I don't know if he offered any treated ones in this swap. He *did* label the one packet of treated seeds I got in the beta swap and I greatly appreciated that.
