I think it needs to be fertilized more often, every 2 weeks, but use either a slow release fertilizer or dilute the liquid type.
In our database there are zero photos of this plant although 3 members own them. Shrug!

I will us the @ symbol to request two of these members to chime in; hopefully they will provide better answers to encourage you Anthurium andraeanum to bloom in tropical north Qld, Australia.

Edited to add:
Using a diluted liquid fertilizer to spray the foliage may help the plant take in the nutrients.
Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith"
