Looks like a variegata hybrid maybe (hybrid because of the fine marginal teeth). Definitely not maculata. I had already seen this plant and noticed that it had a suspicious ID, but hesitated to speak up because I couldn't say exactly what to call it. My suggestion would be to move both pictures to the generic aloe listing until that can be worked out.

There are lots of plants out there being called maculata (or saponaria) which in actual fact probably represent a variety of spotted aloes spanning a range of similar plants. Spotted aloes tend to be particularly hard to ID (esp. without a flower), even for experts.
