Quite impressive David. Thanks for posting your pictures. Where are your plumeria seedlings? Would like to see them. As of this morning 15 of my seeds have sprouted. Very excited. You are certainly dedicated. Lot of work involved. We have no basement 
and I am always thinking ..... where could I put more lights and heat mats.
