There are two variables (different from your control) to account for in your potassium nitrate lot: 1) not soaking and 2) the addition of potassium nitrate. How will you know which is responsible for the outcome?

Not following you. Are you suggesting I should also have a test or Control of doing nothing and just planting the seeds?

If so - I have no interest in that. I know the results - FOREVER. Green Grin! I chose not to test that.

Another test I could have done was scarify (via sandpaper) and then soak in Potassium Nitrate.

Another test would be using GA3.

And another test ..... Big Grin
And another ....

If these all grow, I am going to have a lot of Cannas already. Rolling on the floor laughing
