It is the Wilsons Root Gel that I am using which is IBA .
I dissolved a 50 ml bottle,
and made it up to approximately one liter in a shampoo bottle.

I think the IAA is the chemical component of that spray for tomato blossoms.

Both IAA and IBA have been used to treat seeds. They are very similar.

I use one of the best products that is basically IBA - DipnGrow. But I only use it for rooting/propagating cuttings. I dip cuttings for like 3 - 7 seconds. I have never seen a product that can be used on seed.

That Wilsons stuff is recommended for seeds? How long do you soak them? I am unfamiliar with it.

Hmmmm Google search. You got some whacky weed going? Smiling That product looks like it is made for dipping cuttings.
