When do you think I should pot up and what size pot? Fertilizer? These are my first seed babies to grow. The first attempt was weird, as you may recall...started using paper towel method and got leaves and no root

They went to plumeria heaven. No more paper towel method for me or maybe it was a fluke. I was using H2O2 solution so was surprised when mold raised its ugly head.
