This plant is a joy to own. It may even renew my faith in salvias in general. It has not been affected at all by the drought in California, and it's evergreen in my garden, despite many frosty mornings in the past 6 weeks. I just went out in the rain to take a picture of it. It hasn't had any care in months and it's regularly littered by Liquidambar leaves, but here's how it looks right now.
