this is the hosta that I got from Foxfire Gardens in the 2007 Co-Op. It's called Northern Sunray. It has always been a stunning hosta, but this year, it's a lot greener than in past years.

a few more pics to come...

any idea why it's doing this?? and it's not just an eye that can be separated -- it's more like 1 leaf within an eye.
