No you are not at all, that is what it is registered as but it gets bigger than a dwarf. If you read the age of clump it says 1 which means what 1 year....not sure about that either. I have seen it in a few gardens and it is not a dwarf. It, like many plants was more than likely registered to early.
Most say 'Blue Mouse Ears' is a mini too and it not, it's a small, just takes time and good conditions.
There is a standard that has been put in place now to determine what is and is not a true mini it uses the leaf size in square inches, and when I get some time I will post it but for now I need to get some rest so to be ready for the Iowa Round up this weekend.
