Guess I could drive over to the farm store and buy some if anyone needs the seeds...just let me know. They sure are pretty plants.

My friend PlantSister in Thailand knows how to prepare the seeds (and other parts of the plant) to be edible. Here is her photo of the Hyacinth Bean seeds picked at different stages of maturity.
