I know this topic is labeled regarding "compost". But if I read the article correctly, if you buy potted plants, or potting soils, you are also likely to be purchasing toxins. ??

After reading the article, it made me question "organic". I mean how many products really labeled organic are organic? A lady selling potted plants (mostly herbs, but some tomatoes and pepper plants) at a farmer's market had big indications of being "organic". I asked her, "what about your pottting mix"? Oh, she said "I buy the organic kind", and sure enough, there are several kinds labeled "organic". Well, after reading that article, I doubt that it's really organic.

It is very sad what the workings of "greed" will do; to the earth and to people. Sad
