HAI has done relatively well for me. It gets shaded morning sun but full afternoon sun until about 6 pm. It has multiplied well and blooms reliably. Difficult pod fertility for me, don't recall having tried the pollen that much. Where I have it, which arguably is a less than ideal spot, it's about 30 inches but the bud count varies between 20 and 25.

It did take 2 seasons to really get established. It came back readily those 2 years but definitely wasn't blooming as it has been since. I like the bloom. It's nice with decent substance. If I had a better spot I would move it but it will have to stay where it is for now!
