Friends of Noelridge is a group of area gardeners who are starting an arboritum in Cedar Rapids, starting with an area for Hostas needing shade structures. "Friends" is a registered 501 (C) 3 charitable, non-profit corporation.
Our local gardening circles (and their friends) will set up tables and sell plants, baked goods, and garden crafts. They handle their own money, plants, tables, bags/boxes. Ten percent (10%) of everyone's sales will go to the Friends of Noelridge.
Donated items (100% will go to the arboritum fund).
So far there are 8 tables/areas of garden plants and other items lined up, so there should be something good for your garden waiting there for you.
