Hi chhari55,
This is not Arum creticum and probably not a member of genus Arum. The spadix is producing pollen (male zone) at the top and there is no sterile appendix above the male zone. Do you have a picture of the whole plant? The inflorescence and leaf markings remind me of Caladium but it's hard to tell.
