Well, first off I don't hybridize so I never judge a flower by its parentage potential. I don't remember exactly when the picture was taken but it is excessively hot and I don't get up or take pictures truely early, early. I have never seen it look much different than it looks there.

I would love to see your pictures. And I am not trying to be difficult. I have thrown many a daylily out of my garden that I decided I didn't care for while other people raved about how beautiful it was. Different tastes for different folks.

For instance earlier in another post you were saying how you love sculpted daylilies, I do know many people are just crazy for them. I am afraid I don't like them. Doesn't look right to me. Doesn't mean anything, just different personal tastes. Thank goodness there are so many daylilies so everyone can have their own favorites.
