(Seen in a well-known plant catalog, not some fly-by-night, never heard of company)
Does this really work?? Description: 10 planting slots per bag. Fill bag, plant plants, set bag on ground to let roots grow and then hang upside down: pick berries!!
I LOVE strawberries! But I live in an apartment and am restricted to growing non-flowers in containers: I could hang these bags on the arms of my clothesline out in full sun. . . put water soluble fertilizer in a cup duct-taped to my rake. . . water with one of those extra long hose attachment thingies. . . .do-able, but can plants REALLY be grown this way"
I'm kinda sceptable, thinking of the plant's growth hormones as affected by gravity: roots grow down while the stalk / plant grows UP!
