It was not me who associated them with the E. davisii name, I feel people who upload their photos should make the decision themselves whether or not to associate them with a database entry. I even tried to get the name changed to what we both think it should be, but was turned down. I realize the utility of following a specific scheme or list and stick to it, but unfortunately these generic all encompassing lists rarely have been compiled by people who are experts in all the plants families they get asked to curate. So despite the list being quoted as updated in 2016, the actual reference used stems from 2000... I am sure it is tough to keep those lists current.
I guess my attitude is (or will be from now on) that I will upload pictures to the plant database if the entry has the correct name and not worry about trying to get things that I know to be wrong, right.
It is what it is!
