I have not planted tomatoes since I moved here 6 yrs ago. I was taking care of my Mom and did not pick the ones I planted. They died and dropped to the ground and they self seed every year. Now I just leave a few on the plant at the end of the season. I have tomato plants I have to pull out I have so many.
I had tomato plants growing in the cracks of my walkway. (The plants are in the back) I guess the birds and the deer drooled a couple tomatoes seeds out of their mouth as they were walking back to the neighbors yard.
