I agree with Jean that it is a Cordyline fruiticosa. I am leaning that it is 'Tricolor' or 'Sherbert' , as 'Pele's Smoke' has only medium sized purplish-gray streaks running through a green leaf. How much sun is your plant growing in? Leaf size?
