If I am understanding the question that you are looking for a 'recipe' for a liquid that can be sprayed...

You can make compost tea, strain it well to remove any solids and use that as a spray.

Not long ago one of the members posted that she chops/grinds (?) bananas and allows them to soak and uses the liquid as fertilizer. Thumbs up

I'm sure there are more recipes but that's all I know.
