Neck and back misalignment can do weird things. This summer, I had a sharp stabbing pain in my lower lip...felt like a needle being stuck in it. Doctor, dentist, nothing. Then, got out of a hot shower, went to dry my hair, heard a POP like a knuckle crack in my neck...pain gone. Are you getting regular chiropractic adjustments? Also try therapeutic massage...that can work wonders if you tend to tense your neck/back muscles. Also try gentle yoga...gets you in touch with how your spine is aligned. I'm glad you can get out in the garden, that's the best medicine!
