Hi Marie, I have had 2 blah days. Yesterday, Monday, I had to have an echocardiogram done and a 24-hour holter monitor put on. I have been having palpitations and my doctor wanted more information. The echo wasn't too bad, but whoa boy...they misplaced my paperwork and instead of me going directly for the holter, I ended up waiting over an hour. The holter monitor isn't too bad, but annoying and the little sticky patches that hold the wires itched like crazy for a while. You can't take a shower, bath, etc. while it's on, so I was counting down the minutes to get it off! *LOL* That also meant I couldnt go out and get anything done in the garden because I did not want to get all sweaty...So...stuck in the office most of the day!

I've tried yoga here at home (too shy to go to a class!) and I really enjoyed it. There are some good beginner videos on YouTube. I only do the basic stuff but it really makes me so aware of my posture and how I am moving...which is good because I tend to be a "sloppy mover."

Hope you continue to feel better! Annie
