I think there is a size limit on a post so really huge cut and pastes get cut off.
I bet when you added the name and number, you may have not scrolled down the post far enough to see exactly where it was put in. I would suggest always doing the Preview first to double check everything before clicking the Finished. I have caught many mistakes and wrong images that way myself.
