I noticed today that my garlic is coming up through the mulch that I put down last fall. Ken, I planted some of every kind I got from you and it's all growing. Hurray! My question is should I take the mulch up? Or leave it for a while. It's been warm lately, but it's only March, and we could get snow again before spring comes. Shrug!
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
