i have 4 new cuttings of plumeria i prepared last year.
i kept them inside the house the whole winter.they are 40 centimetre long with no leaves.i am sure they have rooted since they developed new leaves last year.
my questions are:
1/one started to show some developement of leaves....does it mean i can take him and the others out into direct sunshine?the nights here are still cold sometimes 8 celcius.or they function on a diferent code like the lenght of day?
2/should i wait for each cutting to show signs of awaikining before i take them out?
3/is there any chance to see flowers from them at there first year?
