It is extremely fragrant, but doesn't smell of baby powder. It's almost like a mix between Jasmine and Rose scents. When multiple flowers are in bloom you can smell it from a distance. The flowers are actually fairly small/average sized. It very well could be a hybrid of sorts. She said she was given the plant years ago in the form of seeds and has been growing in her yard for about 10 years.
