Hi Vee ... first find the plant in the database and scroll down and look on the left side of the page and you'll see a white box that says Adding Actions.
Click on: Upload a photo
Click on the green area that says Upload an Image and choose the photo from your computer.
The green area saying uploading ... then a screen comes up that asks what type of image the photo is.
Check off entire plant or bloom, etc. and then at the bottom click on the green area that says Submit the photo. It will go into a queue for the database administrators and once it's approved you will get a system message telling you it's been added to the database.
