Technically I guess daylilies don't like having wet feet all the time except maybe yours and mine. We have an artesian well and the head of the well leaks some. I built a small bed on top of it, mostly daylilies of hot colors, rain lilies, a couple of St. Christopher lilies. The daylilies THRIVE with that constant source of water. I was going to take a photo today but that wind cut me in two and I scuttled back inside.
I guess if it was a constant river of water the plants wouldn't like it, especially if the crowns were underwater. I guess my point is, different things work for different folks.
Larry your beds look great! Thumbs up If I was in your yard my head would be swiveling trying to take everything in. Good job! Hurray!
