I did all of my exercises, including the new ones. However, it took hours to get through them because I had to take breaks between sessions because of muscle spasms ... Hilarious!

I can't say I really exercised, but I went through the movements slowly so the muscles were worked, but not strained. Since a lot of the floor work I do involves stretches, my back actually felt a whole lot better than it did when I got up this morning.

I have found that when I am dealing with these kinds of muscle spasms, it's best if I keep moving. If I rest on the couch just cuz I think I am hurting, I really, really hurt the next day.

From past experience, I think tomorrow will be a lot better. We are supposed to have more rain, so I won't be doing any gardening work in addition to the exercises. Yeah, I'll be doing housework like I did today, but I think I can handle it just fine.
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
