FWIW I believe Sluggo and Slug Magic have the same active ingredient (iron phosphate) whereas Deadline contains metaldehyde which more commonly poisons dogs than cats:

There are some other things one can do, like watering in the morning instead of evening (because then the environment is less moist at night).
