We had a record high for the date here 2 days ago at, I believe, an official reading of 90 degrees, although our outside thermometer said 95. No one would live in the Mich. upper peninsula if they wanted to be that hot!!! Saw on the Weather Channel a few days ago, they asked viewers to send them their answer to "how hot is it?" My favorite was, "so hot the farmers are digging up baked potatoes in their fields." Hilarious!
