Hi Art and welcome to All Things Plants! Glad to see you!

I had never heard of the Tassel Flower until your post and did a little digging .. Your 'Irish Poet' is beautiful and I'm going to be getting seeds for them myself!

In a nut shell, they are annuals, like full sun and well drained soil. I'd plant them in clumps.
