Sorry, Karen, I'm probably the one causing the confusion - I addressed my reply to you because you "called" me, and Nancy is already using Superthrive. I didn't get a chance to look up the ingredients as we went out yesterday - too nice a day to stay indoors but it's pouring with rain today, supposed to turn to snow later Grumbling But a quick look this morning suggests it is mostly what I'd said, vitamin B1 and a hormone (an auxin, NAA) with a bunch of other undisclosed ingredients. Some swear by it and some think it is pretty much "snake oil".
