Hi and welcome, Is that Lebanon in the Middle East, or Lebanon in the US? Big difference in climate. There's a spot in your profile page to put in your location i.e. city and country, by the way.. It's handy because then it always appears in the corner of your posts and you don't need to remind us where you are.

Do you have a garden with good soil, or will you be growing in pots and other containers? Also, do you have a sunny location where you can grow your plants? These things will determine what kind of food plants you can grow.

If you want to plant a garden in the ground, a picture of the area you'll plant will be helpful.
