Hello, I think the "Thai socotranum" (of which this plant is an example) is a misnomer... these plants are just selections of arabicum with chunky roots. The plant pictured certainly matches that description far better. I would like to recommend that this plant be renamed accordingly. You will find plenty of talk about socotranum from the Thai breeders but there is little evidence of that species in the plant itself. What do you think?
