I love the "new" colors! That reminds me of last Thanksgiving. My hostess' son is not a veggie eater at all. I was eating a purple carrot from the roasted veggies I brought. He looked over and said, "WHAT is THAT?!" "It's a carrot!" I said. He said, "That is NOT a carrot!" I went and explained about red cabbage/ green cabbage, etc. He didn't believe me. Wouldn't try one. And kept looking at me funny like.
