I use Firefox too .. so I went to windows internet options and there it gave me a choice of deleting temp files etc
That is where I finally chose cookies and histories in addition to everything except passwords and then it worked for me. You may have to sign back into some sites you are used to just going to, that is why I did not delete passwords, but it worked with out that just by signing out and signing in again after I had cleared everything. Unless
