'Blue Ivory' is a sport of 'Halcyon'. I've had it since June 2010. It has spear-shaped, powdery blue leaves with a very wide, creamy white margin. It's supposed to be medium in size but mine has been an exceptionally slow grower. I moved it to a new location for 2015 and it seemed to do better, but I'm still waiting for growth from this one.
