Yellowing of the leaves is normal when the plants have been in shipment for a few days. The weather during the time of shipping has a lot to do with it also. Too, I think some shippers prefer to let the plants dry out a day or so before shipping in order to avoid rot. So the nearer the vendor and the less time your plants have to spend in a hot delivery vehicle and the less time they have to spend drying in order to avoid rot, the greener the plants will look on arrival and the less time they will need for recovery.
But those are great looking plants and roots.
