My first 'Island Charm' was a bit of a dud. It grew very slowly and eventually died. A friend gave me a division of hers in spring 2013 and it's doing much better than the first one I had. It is a hybrid of 'Flamboyant'. It is a dwarf clump of yellow to white centred leaves with green margin. Pink petioles, scapes and pinkish-lavender flowers -- sometimes even pink seed pods though mine is still in a pot and has not yet bloomed for me. It lasted well until the end of August, but suffered some slug damage in September. Please feel free to share your pictures of this hosta.
