I got my 'Saucy Red' a few weeks ago from Home Depot.
I'm procrastinating on getting the photos uploaded so you beat me to the bonus acorn!
I know that tag says full sun, but Salvia splendens does a lot better in part sun here in the south. Morning sun with afternoon shade is ideal. They will keep their color better and the actual flowers (rather than just the colorful calyces) will remain on the plant longer.
BTW, there is also a 'Saucy Wine' which is a very deep PURPLE!
