My computer didn't have that option either (I have a Mac). I had chosen a picture off of the computer and saved it to a document. I then went back to the profile page and where it says "Choose File" clicked onto it. This is where you would then click onto your doc that has your picture (or whatever) in it and then hit the save button. I hope this works for you!
