Once they have a good root system going you can repot them anytime .. I leave my cuttings in the same pot to make it fuller.

Best way to do it without too much trauma is to take a knife and cut a circle around the rooted cutting about 1 and a half inches away from the cutting about 2 inches deep then scoop it up with a spoon or something and pot it up. Fill the hole that's left with more potting mix.
