Hello, 48Flash! Welcome!
Thai soco is a hybrid cross of A. arabicum and A. socotranum that was developed in Thailand many years ago. And now there are varieties/cultivars of Thai soco:
Thai Soco Golden Bell ( S1 )
Thai Soco Kao Hin Zon ( KHZ )
Thai Soco Petch Ba Na ( PBN )
and more.

I have not heard of "Thai adenium arabicum Ratchiburi." Here's a list of some arabicum cultivars/varieties I know about:
Black Giant
Arabicum Black Dragon
Petch Na Wang ( PNW )
Arabicum Rachinee Pan Dook (RCN)
Silver RCN
Yak Kaset
Lop Bu Ri
Sing Bu Ri
Yemen

Hope this helps to answer your questions. Big Grin
