Thanks everyone I have had a look at some pictures of comfrey on line and I think you are right? Reading up on it's healing properties I think this must be why my Spaniel eats it? She is 13 years old and I feel it must be helping her stay fit and well? She eats 5/6 leaves a day always seeking out the younger leaves! It has pestered me since she started eating it but it's never made her sick? So thank you all very much! And here she is!
