I think the suggestion that you not get too many to begin with is likely a good one. I would also Google "hostas for warm climates" or something similar. You might get some good advice. Since my zone is much colder, I don't have experience growing hostas in warmer places.

I'll comment more either late tomorrow or next week. It's bedtime now and tomorrow will be hectic.
