I bought this as Ligularia przewalskii from a catalogue, don't remember which but at the time the other one Ligularia stenocephala was being sold everywhere with the cut leaves and I preferred the entire leaves with jagged edges.
Look at the sites you would expect to be correct, I know several places used to use the wrong photo for selling Ligularia stenocephala.

It might have been called Ligularia "The Rocket" which has a synonym of Ligularia przewalskii 'The Rocket'. This is what it looks like on the RHS and I feel sure this is my plant which was probably sold as Ligularia przewalskii 'The Rocket' with "The Rocket" probably seeming to me at the time as a common name as I bought it probably around the year 2000 when paper catalogues were the main source.

Look at the photo of Ligularia przewalskii on the RHS, the leaves are smaller but similar and maybe look a bit more jagged on the edges but they don't look like Ligularia stenocephala which is what some sites are listing "The Rocket" as.

So, I think this is Ligularia "The Rocket".
There's another called Ligularia przewalskii 'Dragon Wings' which has deeply cut leaves and was new in 2014.

Definitely Ligularia ‘The Rocket’ but I don't know how it came to be, it's lost it's species name so is probably a hybrid (maybe some research on that is in order!)
